Post: e3 flasher, cannot start issue?

On my screen when i boot up my PlayStation i get this: "Cannot Start. The appropriate system storage was not found."
I have made a backup that i patched. Then i flashed the chip, with the patched version of the dump.
It used to be:

Now we have:
[url][IMG]https://i.imgur.com/HPxKsld.png[/IMG][/url]
Now what? I have this "error", shall i insert my normal hdd? And do i have to install an update on it? Which update?
How do i get the system down to 3.55?

Insert hdd install any cfw 4.70+ dont need to downgrade. My Option : install rebug 4.76 install New toolbox, go in toolbox Enable toggle qa, go Debug setting make System update Debug on. No downgrade need, no brick risc. Have Downgrade over 300 ps3 . have Service
