Post: Need help convert to dex

,but i have a problem!
i followed allot of tutorials and i know how it works..
but when i go to rebug toolbox and go to option cex/dex
it tells me this:
CEX/DEX functions not available
install rebug REX EDITION to acces these functions .
im using rebug toolbox 2.02.7
im on rebug 4.76.1 lite cobra 7.1
thats the newest firmware
i dont know what to do and there s no information on the internet about this
if i need to go to a lower firmware do i need to downgrade to 3.55 first?
will i lose al my games on multiman if i do that?
or is it that i can put another firmware over mine?
