I tried restarting my ps3, and my router still nothing, I check the Status of PSN on their website and it was up, my friend can sign in and IK its not my CID or ACC I get the normal an error has occurred message, I tried different accounts, I then went to 4.75 rebug dex and still nothing, I used a 4.76 spoofer and tried without spoofer still cant sign in, for whatever reason. When I do the network test on PS3 I My IP Obtains I succeed on internet connection but fail on PSN what the fuck. Just out ofno where this happens and now everytime after about 20 seconds of trying to sign in ill get the An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PSN. (80710092)

If your internet isn't the best try going into your router settings and enable upnp some might say this isn't needed but I have had the same problem as you with random sign outs and trouble signing back in. But I enabled upnp and now I don't sign out randomly.also if you can't get into your router to change settings try downloading psn patch to disable your firmware or if you have Sen enabler hit hide info to disable firmware

try resetting your internet settings on your ps3 and router, is it a DNS error?
