Can someone tell me how to get them? Thanks

Release Check Mode _ Development Mode
Boot Mode _ System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug _ Single Setting

If you're running Rebug CFW, use these steps:
1. open rebug toolbox
2. go to the Selector section
3. Change the 'ebug Menu Type' from CEX to DEX.

That should make the debug settings appear on your XMB if I remembered that correctly
