Are you sure you definitely installed CCAPI? Install the PKG and then run it to install. You could try reinstalling it if you've already installed it.
Have you got the program installed on your PC?

If you are on Dex I would recommend using psn patch instead of the eid0 method psn patch will disable your firmware properly so u can get online. Yes it does work but it's not the best method. Also make sure the version of ccapi is compatible for 4.75.3 Dex. I am also on rebug 4.75.3 dex and I don't have any problems . So try to install ccapi 2.60 rev 7 it's the latest version of ccapi that supports 4.75 Dex firmware and 4.76 as well.

Did you install the CCAPI Rev6 Pkg onto your PS3 and run it afterwards? If so make sure your PS3 IP is correct when adding a new console on the program on your PC.

What do you mean run it after installing?

You install the PKG file then the app will pop up under your games tab on the xmb menu. You then click on it to run it, this is the last install step that you have to do. It wont be installed until you click on it
