this makes no sense, is your question how to downgrade a dex ps3? to downgrade a dex ps3 u must use the dex downgrader, this will downgrade to 3.55 and then from there u can goto the dex firmware of your choice

just open rebug toolbox and convert to dex

in rebug toolbox press the convert lvl2 target type to dex or something along those lines

I change them both to Dex but it won't let me go online or install a dex downgrader because when I go to system update all it says is version 4.76 but not the via storage media.

go into recovery mode and try install dex downgrader that way
