I go into "control fan utility v1.9.1 and it says my cpu and rsx chips are both at -1 degrees. Anyone know why it says this? And could this be the problem of why my fan won't work?

Hmm thats odd, what cfw are you on cex or dex? Delete the fan control app and rebuild your data base. Then try using just the webman app to set up your fan. I had the same problem when i was on 4.50Ita
