You can change your CID(IDPS) in different ways such as using CCAPI or PSNPATCH...

Youre on DEX, use webman. Webman can set your IDPS n PSID at boot.

Do you get a message saying youve been banned? Or did you install DEX and now you cant sign in?

DEX IDs are different from CEX IDs. Use webman to set your IDPS regardless.

CCAPI would probably be the easiest way to change it
