What error does it give you? Also, there is a difference between Rebug 4.75 and Rebug 4.76. You may think you are on Rebug 4.76 but you may be spoofed. What firmware do you have?

When you say "I can't use it", what error does it give you... you'll know if it's banned since you'll get a notification saying it's banned. Also have you attempted to change your CID(IDPS) with PSNPATCH. If not follow this method:

Step 1: Create a .txt document

Step 2: Inside the .txt write idps= write your 32 character long IDPS here

Strep 3: Save the .txt as psnpatch.cfg

Step 4: Put psnpatch.cfg on the root of your USB...

Step 5: Plug the USB into your PS3 then run PSNPATCH

Step 6: Once PSNPATCH is running click "Square" on your controller and click "X"
