This is really confusing, your thread title is asking about "How to downgrade Multiple consoles?" and your description doesn't make too much sense since it appears that your asking how to remove the Nor Clip from the chip... anyway I'll answer both.

By the way it's a Nor not a Nand, the E3 Flasher can only downgrade Nors... the Progskeet and Teensy can downgrade both Nands and Nors

You can use the Samsung Firmware File to downgrade Multiple consoles, the download link can be seen You must login or register to view this content..

Well once you flash your console you can remove the clip of your Nor Chip... you don't have to reassembly your console. Once it's done flashing you can simply remove it from the Chip.
