Before converting to this cfw i was on rebug d-rex 4.10.1 and i used IRISMAN to restore defult cid and then i could get online. now when i use it, it says that i have an invalid idps and psid.

What do i do to get online?

restore your idps to cex from built-in toolbox !

First things first. Are you using a psp cid or a ps3 one? There's a theory that psp cids are patched.

when i do that it comes up with "Error has occurred while searching for IDPS:"

i have never changed my cid.

Just set a new one see how it goes.

Setup Webman An Change Your IDPS(cid) Target Region. Watch Closely I Change My IDPS's Target Region From DEX(82) To USA(84)

already done all of that and still cant get online!

Then You've Either
A.) Entered Wrong Target Region
B.) Are Using Another PKG Thats Resetting The IDPS.
C.) Missing A Digit Or Didn't Check The Box On IDPS In Webman

Also Make Sure Your Webman Version Is 1.43.02
Because The Newest Version IDPS Setting An Fan Control Is Buggy

open rebug toolbox. far right column, all the way to bottom hit X then set CEX id its the bottom option
