for the last 3 months, Ive been getting the error code: 80710092 when I am trying to sign in. Every now an then, maybe once a day, it allows me to access PSN, however, if I need to open a homebrew because of changing eboot or files, I need to sign out to avoid the risk of ban, meaning that I can't sign back in. Also, this means that I can't do modded accounts

Does anyone have ANY clue on how to fix this?
I've tried the following:

• Change DNS
  
• New CFW
  
• Restore (Tried Hard and Format)
  
• Rebooting modem, new modem and hotspot
  
• CEX>EX and DEX>CEX
  
• New CID (Thanks to MrModzFTWxD)
  
• Not signing in for an extended period of time
  
• Turning of modem and PS3 for up to 3 hours
  
• Resetting the modem to factory settings
  
• VPN and no VPN
  

Current PS3 Things:
CEX Rebug 4.70 (Spoofed to 4.76 when I was on DEX)
Everything in Debug settings is normal according to MayhemModding and MrModzFTWxD (When I skyped them and showed them my settings)
Normal Mode [Rebug Toolbox]


I have tried basically EVERYTHING. Anyone else getting this error or know how to fix it?

Please try and disable your media servers from the network settings tab on your ps3

I been having same issues, it might just be the wireless. I wired my ps3 all good now

Its a bit hard when rebug doesn't supply you with that option ;P

You have it, its on every PS3 go to SETTINGS/NETWORKSETTINGS/Media Server

*Please make sure you are using a wired connection for better results.

*Switch to PSITA 4.50 DEX (Assuming you are on DEX. If not, switch to a different CFW on CEX. ) then go back to Rebug 4.70.

*Please make sure you are not using a Proxy in Internet Settings or DNS settings as that slows it down tremendously.

I don't have media server under network either rim on 4.75.3 drex
