i have used 2 new cids and its still not working so it cant be my cid and i need to change because my mac is banned on bo3 to please help

i have dealt with bans on both games neither one ban your mac, both ban the cid from the server

if you used 2 cid's and neither let you on gta then they are both banned from the gta servers,

same deal with BO3,
