disable cobra/webman mode !

go to webman and scroll down just a little and u will see dynamic fan control im guessing its on like 50% or higher change it to what you want then scroll all the way to the bottom and click save

probably overheating if its to loud and you didnt turn it up. what the temps your getting? by default once it hits mid 70c it will crank the fan up

If I was you I'd just lower the temperature at which the fan activates, webman is so helpful. It stops your PS3 from overheating and burning the CPU and RSX
