Definitely DEX you can do so much more. Especially if you have Bles copy's of games. There are more mod menus for DEX, cex isn't supported through most good mod menus that actually work.

It depends on what you wish to do... if you just want to make backups and play games then CEX is for you. If you wish to use SPRX and mods and so on then DEX is for you. Although, DEX is better and if you look at some of the most popular games most are only produced for DEX since it's faster.

Well first of all, you need to make sure you are using a working CID that is not banned. So use CCAPI to change your IDPS/CID. Secondly, you need to download the 4.76 SEN Enabler so you can play online. You must login or register to view this content.

Be sure to use PSNope as well instead of PSNINJA for future reference to avoid higher risk of being banned.

P.S: DEX is and always will be much better honestly, I recommend DEX.
