Well what do you mean exactly? The tool itself doesn't open up? Or do you mean that when you try to Connect/Attach, it doesn't actually connect or attach? Either way, try turning off your fire wall in control panel then restarting your PC.

i mean it does not open ............... thanks i turned off my firewall and it worked thnks bro
