It used to every time I try and sign in give me different errors and things, I'm on perfect internet and it was never like this before. No matter how much I tweaked the settings I coulnd't fix it.

So I restored my ENTIRE PS3. And still whenever I go to make a PSN account it says connection to the server timed out. Whenever I do an internet test it has internet and ip but on PSN it says timed out.

What's wrong?

Go to Debug Settings. Change NP Environment from SP-INT to NP.

That hasn't solved it

Try to Restore File System. I thought you get that error when you try to sign in or register.

If np isn't your problem, then it could be your internet. I recommend using a wired connection honestly. If that's not it either, could possibly be your ProDG Target Manager settings on PC.

EDIT: Switch to a 4.XX+ Rebug D-Rex custom firmware to see if that helps any at all.

Try reinstalling your Firmware and maybe try WiFi internet or wired without your computer sharing it

Issue occurs on wireless and wired, have reinstalled firmware and restored PS3 too

You have internet, but no PSN...You must have a legit cid written to the console when trying to sign in or make a new account. Do you?

Maybe your router is blocking comunications to Sony try on a OFW system
