Well first off, no matter how much I tape it down or put an object on it, it will give me the error saying it can't read the BIOS. I will have to put my own human force on it with my fingers in order for it to even make a dump. Even when it does, when I check it using a dump checker, out of the like 138 checks, it comes up with over 100 errors! Does it sound like the clip is damaged? I hope it is because I already put an order in for a new one, my friend gave me the money so why not try. Also how do you file the clip down, I did that as best as I could but think I screwed it up.

The clip is not damaged since if one of the legs were damaged/broken you'd get an error (1, 5, 6), since all the legs have to make a connection with the Nor Chip... also are you trying to get a dump from either a Fat or Slim? If it's a slim you should consider using a clamp.

Also, you'd know if the clip is damaged by looking very carefully at the legs... are they straight. Also consider using rubbing alcohol to clean the clip constantly. You don't need to file it down, that could possibly cause more damage.
