Try fix eboot or enabling bd mirror and internal.

Converting causes too many issues, better just to get the torrent

You're either missing files, or your EBOOT isn't on BLES. Which, I doubt. Otherwise you'd get an error code.

Honestly just download a new BLES DUPLEX torrent of GTAV.
