I don't know much about pc mods because I'm a console gamer. However, to mod a ps3 you have to jailbreak it. No the mods will not play on both Pc and Ps3. These systems are totally different, they both have different coding attributes. You can find mods for separate systems in the correctly labeled NGU forums. Enjoy your stay Smile
