help what can i do with this?

Make sure you are trying to install the correct CCAPI that supports your firmware

Try installing CCAPI rev2 in case you're installing an earlier version of CCAPI. If neither works, you need to switch to a CFW that actually supports CCAPI.

You'll need to find one that is compatible with your console, try using CCAPI Rev 7 and see if that works... However, as I said Estone created different versions for different consoles so check the specification.
