If none of the above works, try what I suggested before. If its still running slow, reset your PC after backing up stuff you want.

After that, if its still running slow, check the stuff you backed up and if they're all good then you will need a new HDD, I got to that stage where my HDD had worn out.

I use malware bytes and come and resutls are good!
