go to debug settings then enter these

np enironment = np
release check mode = development mode
boot mode = system software mode
network settings for debug = dual settings
network emulation settings = off
wlan device = on

then get tmapi, add your ps3 as a debugging station and get a debug eboot for the game you want to rtm

No dude I was on 4.70.1 now im on 4.75.3 and still have the same issue with debug settings!

did you just convert to dex?

No I went from. 4.76 CEX 999dow grade toggle qa then install rebug 4.75.3 Rex then convert!

You need to be on DEX for debug settings, convert to that if you can
