Debug setting, np environment to np, boot mode to System Software mod, Network setting for Debug to Single. make sure u spoof your id with ccapi, psn Patch or other homebrew

you i can sign in on accounts but when i make a user and sign up and choose existing account or sign up i get connection timed out.... and its not my internet as it works fine on my ofw

After reading the comments, has this recently happened or just as of now occurred... have you tried setting up your connection again and restarting your router to see if that solves it?
