in noob language you have basicly fucked up your ps3 and are no longer jailbroken

Stop everything. Go to system settings>system info or Open multiman and go to system information and let us know what firmware you are on.

Do you mean the full format that takes hours to complete, or the quick format that wipes all user data?



Unless it's what I've done, full format and no firmware will be accepted, I don't see how a format can ruin a PS3
