Update, I manage to get it to work, i messed with switches and started to get bad backups then tried writing knowing it might brick and it worked

nah i have just increased fan speed to 100% to try avoiding screwing up the rsx and cpu till i get the paste and i only use arctic silver 5 i like it cause it keeps the temp no higher than 70 in my room when it's like 35 degrees in my room like it gets really hot when the aircon is not on in my house, whether it's for pc xbox or the ps3, i like console under 60 degrees
