(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have got a PS3 Slim, CECH 2003B. Can this model be downgraded if so is it NOR or NAND?

Yes, it can. As you can see, the firmware at Release Date was 2.76, and the requirement to jailbreak is 3.55.
