Make sure that the IP is correct. Also, when you install the pkg file on the PS3, make sure to open it and go through the installation. Make sure that the Antivirus or anything is not blocking CCAPI and that Internet Access is granted. Also, make sure to have the latest Rev since Rev 5 was the one that was configured to be compatible for 4.70 CFW but I'd get the latest, which is Rev 7.

Has this recently happened? If so, consider trying to restart your router or using the latest version of CCAPI which I believe is Rev 7. Also, if that fails then reinstall it both on your PC and PS3 and try again. If that fails again, PM and I'll try to help you from there.

Do you have matching versions on both the PC and PS3, and have you installed it in the PS3.

Have you tried using a different CFW of a later version of rebug?
