If it is a .pkg, you should install it and it should show up in Multiman. If it doesn't, navigate to your Multiman File Manager and go to /dev_hdd0/game/ and find the game with the correct region code of the .pkg you just downloaded. Copy that folder and paste it in /dev_hdd0/GAMES/.

i dont but ive checked every region code in the game file and none of them were for cod4

Are you sure you installed the .pkg file?

yes it shows up on my xmb, but when i click to play it pops up asking for me to download it from the playstation store

Try finding another download. That one must not be working.

Go to install package file folder and it should work. Also you need a fix to run it

It's because you need a .real file to verify it, you have the game fine, don't deletd it. You need to now find some way to verify it
