Since I'm On CFW, Am I Able To Use DLC That I Purchase From The PSN Store?
I've Been Told By About 6 People That I Can't.
Obviously, I Don't Know How True It Is.
I Want To Make Sure I Can Before Purchasing DLC.

Yes, you can. But if you download DLC, you put that account at risk and if it gets banned, your money will have been wasted. What I'd recommend is finding the DLC online so you don't risk losing money and getting that account banned.

And Download The DLC From There.[/I]

You should be able to run dlc. Might need to patch some files or something, but yeah.
