You'd have to pull the CID off the console itself as well as the PSID. You can't find the PSID using just the CID. You shouldn't need the PSID though.

Don't believe this is possible, since it will need to be on the console first... you can just change the IDPS however since it's never the PSID.

They can do that because the PS3 they pulled the CID from also had a PSID which they pulled as well.
