Does nothing appear on your screen at all? Also, you don't need to pay anyone for this... did you make sure that your dump was valid and good. Or did you patch a bad dump and flash it to your console?

Did you make sure that your dump was good first, before patching it? Since, you could have patched a bad dump and flashed it... If that's the case you'll need to un-brick it with the E3 I'll find a tutorial on Yotube and link you to it.

So I got 2 good dumps first then 3rd and I flashed it but right before the clip like moved and like the lights turned off the e3 then it came back on and then I flashed it

Try seeing if this video below will help you, other than that... I don't really see an option. But I'll keep looking.
