have you tried recovery mode?, and if you dont mind me asking. if your on 4.70 why the need to go down?

I want to go to DEX as I am on CEX and I don't know if I can install 4.75 Rebug D-rex just on top of that i have.

no need to go down ,if your on 4.70 rex. go into the toolbox convert to dex, then you can install 4.75 D-rex right over what you got now, need further assistance? if i were you i would just convert to dex and stay on 4.70.1, not really a need to go to 4.75

Did you use ToggleQA on your ps3 when you upgraded?
