i downoaded every app i should have but when i try to sign up it just keep flashing over the "use existing account'' also the create new account and then i must restart console plz help me and thanx in advance

The issue may be with Sony but most likely it's not.. I have a few steps you can do to fix this/these errors.

1. Create a new account on the PlayStation, you can do this buy going to the right as far as possible, and clicking create new account.
2. Depending on your CFW (Custom Firmware), there is a "Quick Sign Up" , and "Quick Sign In" option. DON'T USE THESE!
3. If neither of those work please call Sony PlayStation Network at 800-345-SONY (7669) and ask them.

What firmware?

Make sure you have a legit cid set to the console before trying to create a new account on the ps3 or it will time out or not go through.

Or you can make the account on the website. You must login or register to view this content.

You might still need to create the name for the account on the ps3 when you try to log in im not sure, but yea make sure you have a legit cid set beforehand if you do not already.
