Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have managed to get on my xmb out of recovery but when I load up any homebrew app e.g Rebug Toolbox it will cut off and go into recovery when I load it up how can I fix this can I delete any corrupted flash files or anything because I'm connected to FTP via webMAN

If you can help me fix this I will be appriecetated

You might try to reinstall rebug toolbox and see if the problem continues..there is an option in there to restart ps3 in recovery mode maybe you accidentally set it or its bugged out..?

Nah cos recovery freezes only way I get on the xmb is taking the HDD out then putting it back in

It's possible your hdd is damaged..hard to say just yet.

Once you pull the hdd it will stop reading from that point so when you try to run anything, that is why it is shutting off or glitching out.
It gets to the point where it is trying to start the xmb and freezes, when you pull the hdd it loads that and stops loading anything else, if that makes sense.
It's kinda like when you pull a disc from a running game, the game still runs what it has loaded but if you try to do anything or change screens, it will crash.

Have you tried to reinstall your cfw?
