You don't always get both bans. Nowadays they only get the accounts from me..
They will take all accounts that have been signed into psn on cfw that they catch, which can be random but in my experience they get most if not all of them.

In my honest experience, they don't always get all accounts, but yes if I get an account ban, they all usually get account ban if they have been signed in, even friends accounts etc..even if I've deleted them immediately afterwards. If one goes down they all go down.

That's why its best to use dummy accounts, and for recoveries too..
