Did you do a System Update on your PS3 console?

Did you use SENenabler on CEX? Reinstall your cfw.

If it's not letting you install anything or reinstall your cfw:

1. boot ps3 in recovery
2. Select option "update system"
You will be brought to a screen asking for you last sycall(last cfw you had isntalled) This will not wipe your games, saves etc
3. reinstall your cfw

If that doesn't work,

1. Boot ps3 in recovery
2. Select option "restore ps3 system"
This will wipe everything, games, saves, settings, homebrew. You will then be shown a black screen, asking for your last syscall(last cfw you had installed)
3. Reinstall your cfw
