Yeah, there are three tools two of which don't and the other does... the ones that do not require any soldering are the: E3 Nor Flasher and the Progskeet, however the Teensy does require soldering. However, you must bear in mind that these tools are based on your specific CECH-XXXX number, the E3 can only downgrade Nors, the Progskeet can only downgrade Nors and Nands and the Teensy can also downgrade Nors and Nands.

That model cannot be downgraded. That is the PS3 Slim 3000 Series which was released after 3.56 OFW was released. It was released at the 3.66 OFW release. You will need to buy either a jailbroken PS3 or a PS3 that is already on 3.55 OFW.
