And EBOOT.BIN IN Devhddo /Game/Bles or blus (Your Region Look on side of disk )Usdr And Copy EBOOT.BIN There You Can Also Put a Update.rpf Menu There Aswell So you can have even more fun with scripts

Depends, what game do you want to mod on... the most common section is GTA V and Black Ops 3? If your interested in using RTM/RPC tools for DEX you'll need a debug eboot and if your wanting to use a menu you can follow this video tutorial below:
