Last time I jail broke a PS3 it was simple because it was already on 3.55 , so now I got a PS3 to jailbreak and it's ofw is 4.76 ... Is this able to be jail broken at this time?

It is still 3.55. It needs to be downgraded with a flasher if it is on anything higher.

It's still 3.55, there are many Youtube videos which say you can do this on a higher firmware other than 3.55 but it's all fake...
