You can maybe try

Resetting the ps3 and your router
Re set up the network settings?
Verify that you have a valid current CID set before signing in?

Go to debug settings and try "Np Environment" set to "Np"?

how do i reset the ps3 by holdig the button down wont that delete the jaibreak

No it won't unless you go into recovery menu and format the ps3 or if u update the ps3 firmware while a ps3 disc is present in the disc drive

im in safe mode now what do i do it says restart system 2restore default settings 3restore file system 4 rebuild data base 5 restore ps3 system 6 system update

when i was in safe mode i restarted the system and went to try to sign in it let me so now i just gotta reinstall my menus just wanted to say thank u all for your help best helping site out there again thank u
