i am on ita 4.65 can i put in my ps3 a new harddrive and if i can do i have to load some important things on it?

Can you boot into recovery mode?

Ok so how did you determine that the harddrive is bad?
regardless,
1. Put the new harddrive into the ps3
2. Boot ps3 into recovery mode
3. select option "restore ps3 system"
This will reformat the new harddrive to the ps3.
Once it is finished, it will display a black screen asking for the last syscall(the last cfw you had installed)
4. Reinstall your cfw OR Install You must login or register to view this content.
5. Run You must login or register to view this content. if needed
6. reinstall your cfw

At some reason i cant open the recovery at the moment. How i find out i put an other harddrive from my unjailbroken ps3 in it an then it showed a screen which said error loading firmware... so i found it the problem is the harddrive. So first i habe to install rogero downgrader and after that i can install d-rex 4.75.3 because i want to switch on that cfw?

Rogero 999 downgrader is for cex, you are on ita witch is dex, so dont use it.
Just put the new hdd into the cfw ps3 then install d-rex 4.75 via usb.

It's ok, putting in a new hard drive into the ps3 will force the format screen to come up upon boot anyways. Then after format you will be able to install downgrader.
