I opened up all the stuff i needed to go online, i set my console to EID5, Delete History Files in SEN Enabler, etc... When I went To sign In it said Sign Up, so I tried to login with a existing psn account and it said cannot connect to the server, so i was like okay... i know my CID isn't banned. so i go and look at my system information, 4.76 (SEN Spoofs that) i go to Rebug and I see 4.75.3 DEX so im like okay whats wrong here. Come to find out I cant open toggle QA, webMan Games disappeared from under my game xmb and I can't open my /app_home/PS3_Games/ i get the error(80028F14) and on top of that rebug toolbox won't allow COBRA to work, its enabled but it doesn't work ... So I Go to webMAN on my computer and go to dev_hdd0 and see no PKGS in it and im like wtf. so im practically at a stand still here guys if someone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Even though i feel as though the only way to fix it is just to go to OFW

I would suggest to try and reinstall your cfw.

Awesome that helped all the problems! other than going online, i still dont see why im getting the "lost connection to server" error when trying to sign in with a existing user.. and create one...

Verify that you have a valid current CID set to the console before trying to sign in, and before trying to make an account.

Might try resetting your router or redoing the network settings on the ps3.

Some also say going to debug settings (found on the xmb second column, at the very bottom) and changing "Np Environment" to "Np" may help.

worked again! thanks, my CCAPI is having issues but i can just fix those by re installing hopefully
