Go over to network settings, hover over and don't open, hold L1 R1 L2 R2 and d-pad down,I'm pretty sure some one please correct if I'm wrong, if worms should say debug settings, edy viewer and install package files

Qa flagging only needs to be done once really..on initial jailbreak.

Idk if it is the same for your firmware, but usually debug settings can be found on the xmb, second column from the left, at the very bottom. It must be opened with a button combination of holding (i think, L1, R1, l3, and maybe down on the dpad?sry can't remember atm)

If it goes through and restarts your ps3 with a beep, you're good. You should be able to install a different custom firmware from downgrader if you are qa flagged. If it won't let you Qaflag(freezes/hangs/no beep/no debug settings show up), blame your disc drive.
