Took the E3 Flasher Clip off my PS3 and tried to reseat but don't know if my clip is bad or what

When you turn your console on, are you able to turn it off using the power button or does it just stay Green?

000000 all down, turns on, black screen, stays on, can turn off if I hold the power button down not if I just press it once

Try resetting the video to see if that help. If not, then you going have to do this, I use this tutorial,after updating my console it went black screen no activity, no audio, and the only way for the console to be turn off if I pull the power cord out.
