"The system software cannot be run correctly. Press PS button to try to restart the system.


If the system cannot be restarted, you must reinstall the system software.

What were you doing before you encountered this problem? Were you downgrading your console? Since, this screen is normal and you do need to install the Rogero Update. Also, can you give the rest of the error. Does it say something such as 9.99 or above?

i installed rogero thank you. i figured it was worth a try. better than taking apart my ps3 again and reflashing... so annoying btw.
