I am running rebug 4.70 cex and when i try to log onto the network its asking me to update my system settings. I know its probably a simple fix to this but im not sure how. can anyone tell me what to download to get passed this?

You need something called a Spoofer in order to get back online... Also, I would advise you to switch to DEX as well since it's faster. This is what you'll need for every single update.
