You cannot do this with simply an update file. You will need to use some sort of hardware that will downgrade your PS3 to the required firmware in order to jailbreak it. Also, the PS3 Model must be able to go to 3.55 OFW. If it cannot, you will need to buy a PS3 on 3.55 already or a jailbroken one.

u need donwgrade ur ps3 to 3.55, but if u ps3 are high than cech25**** series u can't downgrade to 3.55, so its not possible if your ps3 are high thank cech 25*** serie
