So i formatted a brand new flash drive to FAT32 and put PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP by the way im trying to install a CFW so the update im installing is Rebug 4.76.1. I've tried many time then switching it with three other hdds all getting the same error. PLEASE HELP ME

Where u previously on a downgrader firmware? If not what fw, what were you doing before this started, need a lil bit of details as to how this started.

I dont really know what FW i was on before but it was a OFW

If it was higher then 3.55 then you'll have to install any OFW equal to or higher then what you was on

Check out ModzLink on YouTube! There's tutorials for jailbroken PS3's! I don't have experience with what I'm going to say , but I'm pretty sure that you would have to be on 3.55 in order to install any CFW!
