What appears on your screen and can you boot into safe mode?

i can boot into safe mode but when i click on anything a screen comes up saying that i need to get an update past 3.40 and i got the 4.76 ofw update from sonys website and it didnt even detect it

so i got a dex downgrader and its working i think

unfortunetly no it prepares the update but when it gets to 98% it stops
